Hi, I’m Michael, a senior user experience strategist, designer, and consultant. I’ve been in the industry for twenty plus years now – starting as a web designer and developer, then digital marketing designer, digital product designer, and now as a user experience designer.
Currently, I am the Director of UX at UpTop and UpTop Health, a UX design and development agency focused on creating effortless digital experiences. The past nine years have been spent both as an individual contributor and director of a team that delivers amazing experiences of enterprise and consumer tools, sites, apps and more for a wide-range of clients.
My motivation is creating experiences that are easy to use, solving user needs, and generating business value for clients. My methods leverage design thinking, lean UX, and agile methodologies.
For me the payoff is the journey – the challenges, learning, and relationships that are built along the way.
