Back in ’07, two friends and myself formed NeoUrban Properties, a real estate investment company looking to capitalize in the surging real estate market. Little did we know, we were riding the wave as it was splashing down. Regardless, it was a great and memorable experience and we accomplished lot.

Here are some pics from our renovation projects. Yes, plural. We attained two properties in a span of two months and completed each renovation in about as much time.
